Who: Albert Einstein
When: He was born on March 14 1879 Died on April 18 1955 Aged(76)
Where he was: Ulm, Kingdom of Wurttemberg,
German Empire
What did he do that made a difference:Figured out the equation for nuclear fission, paving the way for the Atomic Bomb and Nuclear Power.
Why did he feel inspired to lead change:In 1905, as part of his Special Theory of Relativity, he made the intriguing point that a large amount of energy could be released from a small amount of matter. This was expressed by the equation E=mc2 (energy = mass times the speed of light squared). The atomic bomb would clearly illustrate this principle.
How did he go about leading change:Albert Einstein was a great scientist. His proposed "Theory of Relativity" is a great contribution to development of scientific ideas and/or knowledge. Scientists dichotomised the 'theory of relativity' into two parts - special theory of relativity and general theory of relativity. Einstein's both the special and general theory of relativity have been confirmed as accurate of very high degree and it contributed in many predictions such as the solar eclipse of 1919 which helped the astronomers to analyse starlight near the edge of the sun.In this way theory of relativity is a great contribution to science- it is a testament of creation.
Extra: His theories of relativity were a very significant scientific breakthrough. As well as being a genius scientist, Einstein was also a champion of human rights and campaigned for a more peaceful world.
You did pretty well but you haven't put a picture on your website yet. If you post a picture, people would know who he is. Well, they can still go to Google Images but I would post a picture. Back to your learning, you understand and researched lots of lots of information but you minimize them into paragraphs with the most main point. Amazing!!! :0
ReplyDeleteNice work! There was a lot of information that I never knew about him and as Ashley said it would have been better if you put a picture of him but other than that it was awesome!
