Jessica's Camp Recount

On Thursday we had a refugee overnight at Mead farm. We slept in boxes and ate nothing but rice*.  It was a great experience and made us appreciate what we have. The 'Hunger Games' touch also added to the excitement. Getting sponsor prizes was exciting and I ended up getting a camo cover for my box. Even though it was fun I am very tired and sore now because I fell over and my box collapsed onto me in the night.

    Yes it was a big night Jess, and you survived all the bugs, night-time noises and bugs - I hope you rested well over the weekend.
